NOBODY replaces Harry Connick, Jr! I love you Harry! (Seriously, I've seen him in concert 3 or 4 times, and he never disappoints. Well, okay, the "funk band" tour was a little, erm, different, but that's okay. I love his big band stuff.)
I think Buble is okay, IMO. I feel like he's trying to imitate Harry. But then, didn't people think Harry sounded a lot like Sinatra?? Ah, well... ^_^
I think he has a lovely voice. I haven't been able to listen to the one CD I received as a gift since Disney and the rest of the kids' CDs invaded my car and that (Besides the gym) is the only place I listen to music. But I digress... I love any song I have heard him sing. His voice is beautiful.
