Before and After

I needed a new dresser for Tommy's room because he would be sharing with the baby, and his old one was super small. Mom found this "lovely" piece at a garage sale for only $10.

I sanded, painted, and replaced most of the drawer pulls, and this is the final result! What do you think?

It looks great. At leasst it is solid and not easily destroyed. You did a super refinishing job!

It looks great!

But you shouldn't be doing those kinds of things when you're 9 months pregnant young lady!!

That looks awesome! It looks like it had "good bones" (to quote a lady in my ward that taught a class on refinishing furniture). Well done!

Wow, that is impressive! Isn't it amazing what a good coat of paint can do. And only $10--good shopping Mom!

I saw it in person and did a double take. It's a great piece, especially for $10!

It looks AWESOME! I agree with Missy that you shouldn't have done this all preggers and stuff. No wonder you've been so tired! (I need some refinishing tips, as I have some chairs that need to be redone....)
